Availability
Baylor students, faculty, and staff can access the Microsoft 365 platform on up to five different devices using a Bear ID, password, and Duo two-factor authentication. To get started either visit the Microsoft 365 login page at www.office.com or download Microsoft's productivity apps from the Apple Store or Google Play.
Baylor retirees continue to enjoy access to the online-only edition of Microsoft 365. Visit www.office.com to continue to use this powerful productivity suite. Please note that retirees will not be able to use their BearID and password to license standalone Microsoft 365 apps on laptops or mobile devices. A separate, personal Microsoft 365 subscription is required for this continued access.
