HelpDesk+ is your one-stop at Baylor for technology support, equipment checkout, audio/video production, 3D printing, and other Maker services. Combining resources and services from Baylor ITS and Library and Academic Technology Services of the Baylor Libraries, HelpDesk+ provides a wide range of services for Baylor students, faculty, and staff.
Location & Parking
HelpDesk+ walk-up services are located on the Garden Level of Moody Memorial Library. Take the main stairs or elevator down to the Garden level of Moody and follow the signs to HelpDesk+. Short-term parking is available in timed spots on the West side of Moody Memorial Library. Longer-term parking for visitors is available in the Wiethorn Undergraduate Admissions Center parking lot.
