HelpDesk+ provides a wide range of services for Baylor students, faculty, and staff, including in-person technology support and tech equipment checkouts.

Location & Parking

HelpDesk+ walk-up services are located on the First Floor of Moody Memorial Library. Short-term parking is available in timed spots on the West side of Moody Memorial Library. Longer-term parking for visitors is available in the Wiethorn Building parking lot.

Full Service Hours for equipment support, software support, password resets, equipment checkout, and more are as follows:

Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 7:00 pm

Saturday and Sunday | 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm
