Hardware Services Guidelines
All Baylor standards that are recommended by ITS will be provided full support from ITS repair shop. Spare parts and employee certifications for these products are maintained by ITS. The list of standard equipment is reviewed and updated as needed throughout the fiscal year. If your department is approved for a non-standard purchase, a warranty will be required if the equipment purchased cannot be serviced by the ITS certified staff. In these situations, the department will be required to contact the vendor directly to schedule any maintenance or repair services.
