Impact by Instructure helps institutions improve technology adoption and evaluate the impact of educational technology, while helping faculty and students seamlessly navigate new platforms. Impact provides just-in-time and contextual support for users within Canvas.
Availability
Impact is available to all faculty, staff and students in Canvas through the floating Support icon. Announcements, walkthroughs, product releases, and other information can be viewed throughout Canvas in the form of message windows related to specific pages within Canvas.
