FileMaker Pro

FileMaker Pro is a cross-platform database application from Claris International (a subsidiary of Apple Inc.). It is a low-code application development platform that enables users to build custom apps to streamline manual processes, reduce costs, and create new efficiencies. FileMaker's GUI-based interface allows users to modify the database by dragging new elements into the layouts/screens/forms that provide the user interface.

Availability

Baylor faculty and staff can install FileMaker Pro using the Software Center app on both Windows and MacOS. If the installer is not showing up in the Software Center app, contact HelpDesk+ to be authorized to install the software.
