• Set up an account by providing the following information:
  • Name of Residence Hall and Room Number
  • Permanent Address for Billing
  • Cell phone number
• Grande will provide the following:
  • Assistance with setting a Personal Identification Number (PIN)
  • DTA (converter box) with remote. You are responsible for deposits on equipment, as well as premium services. (Basic charges are covered by Campus Living & Learning). You are responsible for returning the converter box and remote upon termination of service.

To Report a Problem

• Call Grande at 254-235-4600.
• Provide the following information:
  • Cell phone number
  • Name of Residential Hall and Room Number
  • Personal Identification Number (PIN)
• If it is determined to be a problem with the wiring, Grande will notify ITS, who will set up an appointment with the faculty member or director to make the repairs.
