Microsoft FindTime
FindTime is a Microsoft Outlook add-on that can help Baylor students, faculty and staff reach consensus on a meeting time. The organizer simply proposes one or more times to a group of attendees and then everybody votes. Attendees see the dates and times that work best for everyone. After a consensus is reached, FindTime can send out a meeting invitation on behalf of the organizer.
Availability
FindTime is available to all Baylor students, faculty, and staff within the Microsoft Outlook desktop and web-based environment. FindTime is not currently available in the Outlook app for iOS or Android. To use FindTime, simply open a new message, add the people you would like to include in a future meeting in the "To:" field, and then select the "New Meeting Poll" icon in Microsoft Outlook's Message ribbon. From here, simply follow the prompts!
While meeting organizers must have access to Microsoft 365 in order to launch a FindTime poll, anyone with a valid email address can respond to a FindTime poll. For this reason, FindTime is VERY useful for coordinating meetings between people across organizations.
