We appreciate your patience and perseverance over the past eight weeks as we all worked together to substantially enhance our cybersecurity at Baylor.

• You ensured that your Baylor-owned systems were running the latest, most secure versions of Windows and MacOS, protecting the university against a known vulnerability that was being used by cybercriminals.
• You adapted to a new Duo interface and using the Duo Mobile app for Verified Push when accessing Ignite and Microsoft 365.
• You completed your mandatory SANS Institute cybersecurity training that insures our community stays informed on the best practices to protect our information resources.

Thank you for the part you play every day to keep Baylor #BearAware. We are already seeing the positive results of these changes in a greatly reduced number of successful cyberattacks.
